This page explains which cookies blackfern.ro uses, in line with Romanian Law 506/2004 and the GDPR.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so that the site works or remembers some of your preferences.
2. The cookies we use
We use only strictly necessary cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we do not ask for your consent.

3. Third-party services
- Google Maps — the map on the home page does not load automatically. Only if you click “Show map” does Google receive your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google’s privacy policy.
- Stripe — when paying you are redirected to Stripe’s secure page, which uses its own cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention, under Stripe’s privacy policy.
4. Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the booking and contact forms may stop working.
